IRCC has introduced special measures for temporary or permanent residents who might be affected by service disruptions or travel restrictions due to COVID-19.
IRCC’s announcement provides much-needed flexibility for individuals who may have difficulty travelling or completing steps in their immigration process.
Instructions are provided specific to China, South Korea, and Iran, however we expect this to be expanded to include other countries as the spread of COVID-19 continues to other regions.
