IRCC frequently posts statistics concerning the Express Entry program. These statistics can give prospective applicants some idea of how likely it will be that they will receive an Invitation to Apply in the upcoming round.
The latest round of invitations occurred on November 5, 2020 when 4,500 Express Entry invitations to apply (ITA) were issued. The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score to be issued an ITA was 478. Candidates from all Express Entry programs were eligible for this round.
